Toppic 1: My fitness and eating

 the body is importan with all peoples. this is dicision for a good body. some peoples think the body isn't importan with they, but body is importan dicision on good health.


  I always want myself have a good body, this is not good shape, I think this is good health, I do excercise three a weeks. I am very busy, so i can't do excercise. 


but I free time I will go to walk alone, I am comtenplating the birds fly. then I go to home, take and shower, and I go to work until 11:45' . when i go to wok fined i do my homework, then i go to sleep after a long day of activity.



I usually eating habits this is eat lots of vegetables, because vegetables are high in fiber. I love chicken, so in every meal I have chicken and is low calorie. I don't like foods with high fat because this is unhealthy foods, when you eat unhealthy foods you will tired.




So we should have a diet more specific because no people want ill self.
